Automotive Industry Expertise

In today's hypercompetitive global automotive industry, manufacturers are looking for points of competitive differentiation. Our industry experts immerse themselves in a multitude of pertinent data sources and sophisticated qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify relevant and timely trends. Manufacturers can leverage this information to make better decisions and develop actionable strategic plans.

One key way manufacturers are looking to differentiate themselves is through the customer experience they deliver. We conduct more proprietary customer experience measurement programs in the automotive industry than anyone else, including various measurements for nine of the top ten OEMs. That means Maritz contacts 70 percent of North America’s new vehicle purchasers and service customers. As a well established leader in global automotive research, you can depend on us for outstanding auto sector expertise, valuable syndicated research, superb custom research design, and much more.
