What are you currently working on?
I currently provide analytic support for our Financial Services Research Group. My role as Director of Marketing Sciences is to provide thought leadership in the design of new studies, consult on analytic techniques, and ensure that quantitative projects meet the needs of our clients. I work closely with the Research team and Subject Matter Experts to help ensure that project results are insightful, meaningful, and relevant to the client’s business.
What were you doing prior to joining
Maritz Research?
Prior to joining Maritz Research, I spent seven years providing analytical expertise to a wide array of marketing research studies in the IT and telecommunications industries, including global customer value management, customer satisfaction, global brand image tracking, market share benchmarking and tracking, and demand forecasting. A majority of my work in these areas focused on business-to-business efforts.
