What are you currently working on?
As a Senior Director, Strategic Consulting in the Financial Services Research Group, I apply my 30 years of marketing research experience in the Financial Services industry to bring an industry perspective to research studies. I collaborate with teams, ensuring that research is designed to produce actionable insights that address our clients’ underlying business problems and provide a solid foundation for recommendations. I work on a wide range of customer experience, branding, and product development research.
What were you doing prior to joining Maritz Research?
Before joining Maritz, I spent 14 years in research with PNC Financial Services, where I led PNC’s marketing research team responsible for the retail banking, small business, investment, wealth management, and commercial banking lines of business. I managed research relating to branding, segmentation, new product development, as well as customer and employee satisfaction and loyalty measurement programs. I have also held various marketing research and strategic planning positions with Westinghouse Credit Corporation.
