LOUIS (June 6, 2012) – Randy Brandt, Ph.D, vice president, customer experience & loyalty, for Maritz Research and Lou Carbone, founder and chief experience officer, for Experience Engineering co-presented the kickoff keynote address at the 2012 Total Customer Experience Leaders Summit today in Boston.
Brandt and Carbone presented, “Managing the Customer Experience — What It Means and What It Takes To Do It Well,” which focused on the essential elements of a comprehensive approach to customer experience management. Those in attendance learned best practices in designing, implementing, assessing, and improving customer experience on a continuous basis.
