Mobile in Mind Design Philosophy

By: Kathy Randall

Have you ever tried to take a survey designed for a PC on your mobile phone? Ugh!

Were the graphics jumbled? Maybe you were so sick of zooming in to see the text and scrolling up and down and left and right to see the whole question— you just gave up? We’re in an industry where we want and need people to complete surveys.  That’s why we turned the tables and did some research on our research.  Ted Saunders shared the results of a large study that tested several different survey design and question presentation alternatives to provide a better respondent experience on mobile devices.  Watch his presentation and let us know what you think.
